Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products — Non-Refundable Once Delivered

Our Personalised Kundli Report is a custom-generated digital PDF created specifically using the birth details you provide. Because it is:

• •Personalised and generated exclusively for you
• •A digital product that cannot be "returned" once delivered
• •Based on subjective astrological interpretation (not objective facts)

We do not offer refunds once the report has been generated or delivered, even if you disagree with the astrological interpretations contained within.

2. When a Refund May Be Issued

A full refund will be issued in the following circumstances:

• ✓ Technical failure: We are unable to generate your report due to a system error on our end, and the issue cannot be resolved within 7 business days.
• ✓ Non-delivery: You have paid but the report was not delivered within the promised timeframe (24–72 hours) and we cannot provide it.
• ✓ Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway error.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of your order before report generation begins. Once our team begins processing your request (typically within a few hours of payment), cancellation may not be possible.

4. Online Calculators

Our online tools (Kundli Calculator, Moon Sign, Panchang, Rashifal, Numerology, etc.) are provided as web-based services. No refund policy applies to these calculator tools.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under eligible conditions:

1. Email support@kundlishastra.com with the subject "Refund Request", or message us on WhatsApp +91 91930 32557 (messages only, no calls)
2. Include your full name, phone/WhatsApp number used at order time, and a brief explanation
3. We will review your request within 3–5 business days
4. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
