When you use KundliShastra services — particularly when requesting a Personalised Kundli Report — we collect the following information:

• •Full Name — to personalise your report and correspondence
• •Date of Birth — required for Vedic astrology calculations
• •Time of Birth — required for Lagna (Ascendant) and Divisional Chart calculations
• •Place of Birth — required for geographical coordinates used in calculations
• •Email Address — for report delivery and customer support
• •Phone / WhatsApp Number — for report delivery via WhatsApp and service communication (our team replies on WhatsApp chat; we do not take calls on the support number)
• •Occupation and specific questions (optional) — to provide relevant astrological context in your report

For users of our calculators (Kundli, Moon Sign, Panchang, etc.), birth data entered is processed in real-time and is not stored permanently unless you explicitly submit a report request form or save the chart.

2. Why We Collect This Data

We collect data for the following purposes only:

• •Generating personalised Kundli reports — your birth details are the core input for Vedic astrology calculations
• •Delivering reports — via WhatsApp or email as chosen
• •Customer support — to assist with order-related queries
• •Service improvement — aggregated and anonymised data may help us improve our calculation methods and report quality

3. Payment Processing

Payments for premium reports are collected via secure third-party payment providers such as Razorpay, UPI, or other payment gateways. KundliShastra does not store your credit or debit card details. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed by the respective payment provider in accordance with their security standards.

Payment confirmation details (order ID, amount) may be retained for accounting and order fulfilment purposes.

4. Data Protection & Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties.

Your data is used solely for delivering the services you request. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or external marketing platforms.

Limited data access may be granted to internal team members (for report preparation and support) and essential service providers (e.g., hosting, database infrastructure) who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Storage

Report request data (name, birth details, contact info) is stored securely in our database (Supabase) to:

• •Track your report status and order history
• •Enable us to re-send or re-generate reports if needed
• •Improve our service quality over time

All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted). Stored data is protected by database-level access controls. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
